Volunteers Build Homes

When people think of Habitat for Humanity, instantly they picture volunteers building homes with nails and hammers, but construction is just one of the many ways to volunteer with Habitat. ReStore volunteers help raise funds to build homes for our neighbors in need of decent, affordable housing.

Because we’re a non-profit, ReStore runs efficiently with a small, dedicated staff and generous volunteers like you.
If you’re interested in learning how the retail or business industry works, ReStore volunteer experience  is just what your resume needs. We can also work with you to qualify your time here as an internship.

Volunteer with us

If you would like to volunteer to build hope in our community, please contact our volunteer coordinator. Check out our affiliate website to see all the volunteer opportunities. If you’re completing community service hours, we hold mandatory orientation meetings Wednesdays at 4:30 pm at the Habitat affiliate office on 119 Lake Street in Bryan.

After volunteering my time with ReStore, I feel that I have learned a lot about what the efforts of hard work can do. And I’m glad I did, because it means something to me when I hear someone say, “thanks”.
